All of our cleaners are interviewed, thoroughly screened, and pass a nationwide detailed background check. Less than 10% of the people that apply end up working as a Tidyden’s certified cleaner.

How does your pricing work?

We base our pricing on the size of your home and the items you wish to be covered. For a free quote, submit your request online or call us today.

Do you provide your own equipment?

Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies, products and equipment, unless there is a specific request for a certain service.

When will I get a confirmation?

You will receive a booking confirmation email immediately after booking and a reminder email 24 hours before your appointment.

What types of services do you offer?

We offer general cleaning, deep cleaning, and move in/out cleaning services. Please view our 'services' page for a full breakdown.

Do you accept online bookings?

Yes we do accept online bookings, we are a fully automated and frictionless customer service cleaning provider.

Do you take cash?

Unfortunately we do not accept any cash or check payments. We do however accept online payment via debit card, credit card, or bank transfer.

How do we pay for the service?

Once the cleaning service is completed the payment will be made with the payment details that were collected upon booking - the final invoice will be sent to you directly and payment will be pushed through.

Do you offer carpet cleaning or window cleaning?

Unfortunately, we only offer house cleaning services and no niche type services such ascarpet cleaning and window cleaning.
